Chicago’s iconic Second City engaged Builtech Construction to marshal the construction of their expanded facilities at Pipers Alley, including new theatres, classrooms and offices.  Construction at Piper’s Alley is wrought with challenges because of the antiquated design and construction of the original building. In addition to delivering the project on time (in time for the gala 50th Anniversary Celebration), Builtech Construction worked with Second City to trim nearly forty percent from the original budget. Subsequently, Builtech was engaged to assist on projects in Los Angeles and additional endeavors in Chicago.
