Mid-America Asset Management engaged Builtech Construction to build a new outlot building at Plaza del Prado. The 6,000 s.f. building was built concurrent with the parking lot rework (see Plaza del Prado Parking Lot). The prominent masonry and stucco building was built adjacent to an active and open bank. Particular care and attention had to be paid to help ensure the safety and access to the adjacent building.

The wettest October in decades presented monumental challenges for the construction team which was forced to work countless nights and weekends to make progress while rain was not falling.
