Builtech Construction was engaged by Fleet Feet Sports to build the new headquarters for the iconic running store in Chicago. The location included a large retail showroom, offices and a special events room. Built in the historic Pipers Alley building in Chicago’s Old Town neighborhood, the project was wrought with logistical, technical and engineering challenges. The space, an assemblage of three historic buildings built of varying standards, materials and qualities, required flexibility, agility and patience. In the end, an exquisite space was delivered and Fleet Feet sales have boomed.

Subsequently, Builtech Construction was engaged to construct Fleet Feet’s new home in Lincoln Square. The elevatored three-story Lincoln Square location included retail on the first floor and yoga studios and offices on the upper floors.
